KELLY'S EYE FOR SALE - YACHT DETAILS

Introduction
Kelly's Eye is a Dutch built round bilge steel ketch, LOA 11.5 metres. The designer was De Vries Lentsch and builder Tak Jachtbouw. By the time she was completed in 1980 the purchaser had become seriously ill and the boat was kept under cover in a shed for ten years. The previous owner (a shipwright) discovered her, refitted her and spent seven years living aboard. The current owners have spent over five years living aboard. She has multiple transatlantics to her credit and has visited the Caribbean, South America, USA and Mediterranean. As a liveaboard boat she has been well maintained and is fully equipped for ocean sailing. She has Part 1 British registration and is in 'ready to go' condition.
